Information on the game plays an important role, because without it there is no skeleton or brain to the site. It is an organizational tool that we the Administration hopes that you will and requires you to read it, because without the knowledge of the game how can any member be effective in the continuation of its success. Therefore before registering with a character it is imperative that you take a moment to read the information found within this section of Jaydis and be aware that the more you know the less likely you are to make a mistake that could cause a problem between yourself and the staff. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to the day you join us with that knowledge stored so that we can together as a team create a fun environment for all to enjoy.

Once you have registered in the site and gone over all the specifics, register your character information here where you will find the character application form. Create a new thread, fill it out, and post! Make sure you subject is your last name, then first name. Wait for our lovely Administrators to read your thread and make their judgment. After you have been accepted, please repost your character info in the character logs. Once all that is done you are free to post in the IC threads.

The Paradise is the place to rave about what it would be like to live on candy mountain, or just to discuss how you day went today, or how your sister just spilled kool-aid all over your new jeans. Create forum games or share pictures and music. Anything else that tickles your fancy, leave it only in here. Just be careful the information you reveal to your fellow members. They would use it against you in the IC forums! Otherwise, feel free to chat until you can't feel your fingers any more. This magical spot is also known as the OOC chat place.

The Artist's Den is where all cool cats seem to flock, at least those with an artistic soul, but even the least artistic can still enjoy this area of the artistically gifted. Inside you can find an area where you'll be able to request one of our beloved artists to use their talents in order to create a masterpiece just for you and your character. Please don't be rude, otherwise you'll soon find that the artists overlook you and remember even they have lives outside of the game and computer so depending upon their time constraints you might have to wait for your own little piece of heaven made by our angels of the arts.

Absolutely everything character related goes here. If you have a character need, likeliness says that you'll find the answer/solution in here. Within you'll find general character discussions, thread logs, and plot requests. To make a plot request, simply start a topic with whatever name you choose (it's usually something like: "plots wanted!", or "thread whores, hither!"). For post logs, maybe a song lyric, or something that matches your character's personality.

The airport once stood as a symbol for the citizens of LA as a way to escape and move on from one of the more dangerous cities of the state. Now it stands a symbol of safety for the infected citizens to take shelter from those who hunt them. It's split into four wings that, due to time and combat, have slowly become more and more ruined. It is true that the infected hide away here, but due to the split into four wings the infected gangs fight away inside to try and gain more territory for their new families, and more power by gaining more members. To the North of the main entrance stands an old food court, followed by very few terminals. To the East of the entrance is what remains of a shopping area, an interior mall for delayed fliers to waste time, or for tourists to buy knick-knacks. The West wing was once used as a personal area, including administration offices, security rooms, and a general lounge. The South wing is the largest, and holds a majority of the flight terminals and a second floor with access to a sky deck covered in broken glass, and a VIP lounge that looks like it held its own personal war.

Downtown Los Angeles. Once one of the most beautiful parts of city, still stands at such. Even with the nightly bursts of power and public damage down, it seems that by the next day everything is repaired and ready to stand up against the next nights activities. The downtown consists of bars and night clubs of different standings. Everything from Strip clubs and downer bars to formal only night clubs. Its a meeting place for people of all walks of life and that combination of lifestyles leads to more of a conflict then in the residential areas. Add on top of the differentiating people the flow of drugs an alcohol and it makes opposing forces collide nightly. Its not a designated war zone, but if the right people are present at the wrong time then it could seem as such.

An outlandish sign stands outside the bustling town, where several Chinese can be found, although they are not the only ones who make up the gene-pool the the town. A town more like a city, though one certainly wont find any skyscrapers there. No the streets are paved with asphalt through the arch where cars come and go on a daily basis. Once in awhile one might find a hobo going through the garbage cans of one of the many towns restaurants, or living in a cardboard box in an alleyway. Still they're not the only ones as one might find on the street corners when the sun goes down. Even so, it's perhaps a little less a town of ill repute than others might be the world over, and who can resist the town's little shops filled with interesting antiques, artifacts and one of a kind hand crafted porcelain dolls. While the town continues to grow, it is not as fast paced as other larger cities and those trying to catch up with it. Chinatown even harbors a petting zoo and tiny park, where a murder took place fifty some years ago that has never yet been solved.

Neutral ground, the Warehouse is where people go to blow off some steam. And when I say people, I mean everyone. The rings are on the first floor, the steel cage being set in the corner so as not to take up too much room from the club's massive dance floor. There is, of course, a bar along the opposite side, for the dancers and fighters alike. Moving up to the second floor, you'll find yourself in the business section. And, should you be unlucky enough to wander up further, you'll find yourself in Alina's private floor. Anyone caught up there without permission is to be escorted out- or killed. And a word to the wise- all fights here are sanctioned. Meaning, if you get into a fight that wasn't allowed, you'll be thrown out. Same thing with powers- if you use them on the first floor, you'll be kicked outta there faster than you can even blink- if you're lucky. And as for Hunters and Government officials, don't even think about trying to pick up your mark here. You check your weapons in at the door and pick 'em up when you leave.

The residential zone of Los Angeles includes everything imaginable. Multiple story apartments building that seem to be falling apart, to three story homes of LA's more successful citizens. It remains standing in the north of the city and as any climb more northward, they'll find fancier and larger homes. But within the residential area lies an undying conflict. This is where everyone lives, the bounty hunters, pure bloods, normal citizens, and even the infected who choose not too live in the airport, but decided to try and live normal lives and hide the powers from the public. Its not always a peaceful place to be, and many times entire homes and buildings get destroyed. In the middle of the large area stands a much larger park than in china town, and holds a small pond with in it. Peace is attempted to be kept in the residential area of Los Angeles, but with so many enemies in one area, how could that peace be permanent?

LA is known for its beaches and this one is no exception. Soft, white sand and crashing blue waves delight children and adults alike. Sunbathers are out on their chairs and towels soaking up rays. Children run from the waves giggling only to chase them back out again or build sandcastles until they are washed away. Others are playing volleyball and frisbee or hanging out in the shade of a big umbrella. Food and drink vendors peddle their wares up and down the boardwalk as children beg their moms for a snow cone. Everyone comes to the beach, from hot girls in bikinis, to bald fat guys in speedos, to little sunburned kids screaming and kicking sand on everyone. It is the epitome of LA, or at least what it used to be. Here people come to escape and just have a fun filled day or a romantic evening on the sand with the waves crashing in the background as couples stroll down the sand hand in hand in the fading twilight.

The object of every Pure Blood's ire and a place of horror for the Infected, the Military Base is a collection of dark buildings, some several floors tall and deep. Fifteen minutes from the southern border of Los Angeles, it's a bleak promise of what awaits anyone foolish enough to expose themselves and get caught by the Government. Armed troops patrol the fenced borders, drilling in the parade square or on the obstacle course out back. Once in a while, a truck or two leave, or the soldiers pull out the heavy machinery for tune-ups and regular maintenance. For those who listen closely, they might hear agonized cries from the medical wing as peoples' powers are twisted and warped, though nobody ever wants to get close enough to hear them. Infected go in but none have ever come out. Alive at any rate.

Important documents lay within this dusty cellerway with its cobweb infested corners. Spiders have made their homes in the cracks of the walls and the corners of the shelves where ancient scripts lay in rows and rows of books and boxes. Information and knowledge of the past has and continues to accumulate here for future eyes to read, learn and ponder about the past and how it has led to the present, to wonder what the future holds. Yes, the archives are a magical place for the mind to learn information and store it in ones head, but there shall always be documentation. Those documentations can be found here, so watch your step as you climb down to find the pages of the past you're looking for.

Welcome, neighbor of the internet to our gathering, where everyone shares their address so that we might visit them. Enjoy the picnic, but don't forget not to litter. Only the truly wonderful graffiti will be able to remain on the walls of the house forever, but your address cards can stay in the draw. Guest Friendly, though please be aware we moderate the posts here so yours may not show up immediately.
